CDC – Comprehensive data collection

Different technologies and manufacturers of optical systems are used to record the existing barcodes, the shape, the appearance and the volume of the package.
Static or dynamic scales are used to record the weight. Depending on the requirements.
The digital twin of the package and all its data required in the process are made available via different interfaces.

    • Sledge version height = operating height = 830mm plus height of the reading tunnel (depending on the technology used)
    • Frame version: 2135mm (is built to be passed through standard double doors)
    • Variant boxed: 2628mm (is built for outdoor use. When closed, the flaps serve to protect the system when it is at a standstill. When open, they serve as weather protection for the employee and the goods to be sorted. The rear of the vehicles to be loaded and unloaded can be moved underneath.)

Depending on requirements, operating- and display elements can be selected which, among other things, can be installed modularly in the columns and also retrofitted. In addition to the necessary emergency stop buttons, a choice can be made here between:
