Is the drive switched on or off, what is the current power consumption, the vibrations, the temperature and other data can be recorded on the drives in production and used for long-term analysis.

This allows maintenance cases to be detected at an early stage and system downtimes to be avoided. The power consumption of the motors can be used to determine the ‘personal’ CO2 footprint of the goods being transported.

In combination with video tracking (VTT) and the control centre function, anomalies in the system can be quickly clarified and eliminated.

MTT is a combination of “motor cap”, motor data collector, communication interfaces and platform.
For retrofitting in existing systems or integrated in mTUBE, mDEPOT or our conveyor technology modules.
